HEAD CHEF – STUNNING NEW OPENING – SOUTH OF FRANCE – €40,000
We are proud to be working with an up and coming restaurant company with the opening of this exciting brand-new restaurant and are actively seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee the smooth running of the kitchen. Only the freshest, carefully sourced, seasonal produce will used to create an exciting menu concept of the finest French/Mediterranean/European cuisine to ensure the best culinary experience possible.
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience as a senior chef within fine dining establishments. Knowledge of the 14 major allergens is highly recommended as you will be required to design menus around guests’ dietary requirements.
As Head Chef will be heavily involved in structuring the kitchen and be responsible for creating new menus, purchasing and storage of all food items, recruitment and development of the kitchen team and implementing all food hygiene and health and safety procedures. You will also need a cheerful attitude as you will be interacting with the guests on a daily basis.
