HEAD CHEF – MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE – 2 AA ROSETTE – LONDON
This stunning restaurant, which located in the heart of central London, is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen brigade. The restaurant serves some of the finest Mediterranean cuisine for up to 120 covers and also has a bar and lounge area. Everything is prepared fresh on site and you will have access to only the best seasonal produce. You must have proven experience within high standard fine dining establishments of at least a 2/3 AA Rosette rating.
As Head Chef, you will be working closely with a very well respected Executive Chef to restructure the kitchen and implement new seasonal menus. You will be responsible for the designing and implementation of menus, the training and supervision of a brigade of 20 chefs and all admin work for the kitchen. You will also need a cheerful attitude as you may be required to interact with guests on a regular basis. A competitive starting salary of £40,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
