HEAD CHEF – JAPANESE RESTAURANT – 2 AA ROSETTES
This stunning restaurant which is part of an ambitious restaurant group is seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee its operations. The restaurant has gained a huge reputation creating the finest Japanese cuisine using only the best available produce, as well as some of the finest, exotic ingredients which are imported from around the globe.
You must have extensive experience within 2/3 AA Rosette establishments, as well as having a high level of knowledge in all aspects of Japanese cuisine, especially sushi/sashimi.
As Head Chef you will be managing the kitchen and ensuring that every dish is of the highest quality. You will be responsible for managing & developing the kitchen team, creating menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. An attractive basic salary of £80,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
