HEAD CHEF – IDEAL FOR AN EXPERIENCED SOUS CHEF – BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS
This stunning new restaurant, which is opening in 2019, is seeking a creative Head Chef to oversee the kitchen operation. This role will also suit an experienced Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef role. The plan is to serve some of the best Italian cuisine and you will have access to some of the best locally grown vegetables and freshly caught sea food (fish, calamari, lobsters, crabs etc). You must have experience within establishments of at least a 2 AA Rosette rating to be considered for this role.
As Head Chef, you will be ensuring that all food is made to the highest standard of quality and presentation. You will be responsible for the purchasing and storage of all food items as well as maintaining all food hygiene and health and safety standards. You will also need a cheerful attitude as you may be required to interact with guests on a regular basis.
