HEAD CHEF – HIGH END BRITISH BRASSERIE – CENTRAL LONDON
This stunning brasserie, which is part of an award-winning restaurant group, is seeking the talents of an experienced Head Chef to run its stable brigade. All the dishes are created with a strong emphasis on using only the freshest seasonal produce and finest cuts of meat with everything being prepared fresh on site daily. You must have proven experience as a Head Chef within establishments of at least a 1/2 AA Rosette standard to be considered for this role.
As Head Chef, you will be managing the kitchen and ensuring that every dish is of the highest quality. You will be responsible for managing & developing the kitchen team, creating menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. A competitive salary package of £45,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef. There will be an opportunity to be promoted into an Executive Chef role as there are plans to roll out the concept to other sites within London.
