HEAD CHEF – EXCITING NEW OPENING FOR SPRING 2019 – CENTRAL LONDON
We are proud to be working with this renowned restaurant group with the opening of this exciting brand-new restaurant and are actively seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee the smooth running of the kitchen. Only the freshest, carefully sourced, seasonal produce will used to create an exciting menu concept of British cuisine. All the meats and charcuterie will be dried, cured and prepared fresh on site as well. You must have fine dining experience within establishments of at least a 1/2 AA Rosette standard.
As Head Chef, you will be managing the kitchen and ensuring that every dish is of the highest quality. You will be responsible for managing & developing the kitchen team, creating menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. An excellent salary package of £48,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
