This stunning new restaurant, which is opening in 2018, is seeking the talents of an experienced Head Chef to oversee its operation. The restaurant will serve fine South American cuisine using only carefully sourced produce and there will be a strong emphasis on using only the finest cuts of meat in all the dishes. You must have experience within a high standard fine dining environment, preferably of at least a 2 AA Rosette standard or equivalent.
As Head Chef, you will be involved in the initial setup of the kitchen and be responsible for recruiting & developing a kitchen team of 12 chefs, creating news menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as implementing all the hygiene, HACCP and health & safety procedures in the kitchen. An excellent salary would be available for the right Head Chef.
