Are you a talented Head Chef who is looking for the perfect opportunity to relocate to New Zealand?
This stunning restaurant, which is located in a popular tourist area in New Zealand, is seeking a passionate and food focused Head Chef to join its team. You will be creating fresh European/international dishes with a strong emphasis on using only the finest cuts of meats available.
This restaurant has adopted a strict farm to fork ethos using only the best seasonal produce which are all sourced from local farms and suppliers.
As Head Chef you will be working closely with the owners to oversee the running of the kitchen as well as develop new menus and create new dishes. You will also be responsible for all stock control, financial discipline within the kitchen, waste control as well as developing and motivating the brigade under your leadership. A competitive salary of $70,000 NZD (£35,000) per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
This establishment is offering a full working visa sponsorship and assistance will be given to secure accommodation.
