HEAD CHEF – £45,000 – 1 AA ROSETTE – GREAT WORK-LIFE BALANCE – LONDON
This high end brasserie, located in the heart of central London, is seeking a talented Head Chef to take over the reins of the kitchen. The restaurant serves up to 100 covers and there is also a private dining room for up to 20 covers.
With an excellent reputation for serving some of the finest modern/traditional British cuisine, everything is prepared fresh on site and you will have access to only the best locally sourced, seasonal produce. Experience in events would be a major advantage and you must have proven experience within fine dining establishments of at least a 1/2 AA Rosette rating to be considered for this role.
As Head Chef, you will be working closely with a critically acclaimed chef consultant to take the restaurant to the next level. You will be responsible for the designing and implementation of menus, the training and supervision of a very talented brigade and all admin work for the kitchen. Due to the opening hours of the establishment, there certainly is a healthy work-life balance being offered. Along with excellent company benefits and potential performance-based bonuses, a competitive starting salary of £45,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
