HEAD CHEF – £40,000 – SOCIABLE HOURS – SEASONAL CUISINE – SW LONDON
This well-known brasserie, which is overseen by very a high-profile restaurateur, is seeking a very talented Head Chef to oversee its kitchen operation. This establishment gained a positive reputation for serving a selection of dishes drawing on influences from British and Mediterranean cuisines and focuses on using only the freshest seasonal produce available. You must have experience within high standard fine dining establishments to be considered for this role, preferable of at least a 1 AA Rosette standard.
As Head Chef you will be working closely with the restaurateur to take the restaurant to the next level. You will be responsible for managing & developing the kitchen team, creating menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. A competitive starting salary of £40,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
