HEAD CHEF – £40,000 – SEASONAL BRITISH CUISINE – CENTRAL LONDON
This stunning establishment, which is part of a well-known company, is seeking a Head Chef to oversee the smooth operation of its kitchen. You will be creating fine seasonal British cuisine using only carefully locally sourced seasonal produce. This role will also suit an experience Sous Chef/Senior Sous Chef looking to step into their first Head Chef role. Experience within Rosetted establishments would be a big advantage.
As Head Chef, you will be managing the kitchen and ensuring that every dish is of the highest quality. You will be responsible for the development of the kitchen team, creating menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. A competitive starting salary of £40,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
