HEAD CHEF – £40,000 – BOUTIQUE EVENTS COMPANY – 48 HOURS PER WEEK – SW LONDON
This award-winning, independently owned events company is seeking a creative and food focused Head Chef to help oversee its operation. The food ranges from simple canapés for receptions to fine dining plated dinners and everything is prepared fresh from scratch using only the best locally sourced produce available. You must have proven fine dining experience, preferably of at least a 1/2 AA Rosette standard.
Your contract will be for 48 hours per week, but you will need to be diverse and flexible as the working hours will vary depending on client requirements.
As Head Chef, you will be working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure the smooth running of the events operation. You would be involved in the management & development of the kitchen team, creating menus and controlling the costs in the department. You must be well groomed and have excellent social and interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with clients on a regular basis. A competitive salary of £40,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
