This stunning restaurant, which is located in the heart of central London, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead this ambitious Restaurant.

This is a lovely role for a very creative chef producing innovative French/European cuisine using only the best seasonal produce and ingredients.

You must have a proven track record as a Head Chef within established 2 AA Rosette restaurants to be considered for this role.

As Head Chef, you will ensure the smooth running of the kitchen. You will be responsible for maintaining the reputation of the restaurant as well as keeping to the targeted GPs, maintaining the high standard of hygiene and health & safety, ordering and purchasing all stock and making sure all food is prepared to a high standard. An excellent salary of £75,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
