This well-established, award winning company is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to help oversee its catering operation. The company has multiple sites around England which houses various restaurants and cafés. Each site produces seasonal British/European cuisine with everything is prepared fresh using only the best locally sourced produce. You must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Senior Sous Chef within a very high standard, high volume environment, preferably of at least a 2 AA Rosette rating.


As Executive Sous Chef, you will be involved in managing different sites both inside and outside of London with overnight stays included when you travel outside of London. You will be responsible for liaising with various suppliers, managing & developing the kitchen teams, creating menus and controlling the costs in the departments. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the restaurants. You will also need a cheerful attitude as you will be interacting with potential clientele. An excellent salary of £50,000 per annum is available for the right Executive Sous Chef
