This stunning restaurant, which is part of a globally renowned group, is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join its brigade. Only the freshest, carefully sourced, seasonal produce are used to create an exciting Eclectic menu concept. All the meats and charcuterie are butchered, dried, cured and prepared fresh on site. You must have experience within establishments of at least a 2 AA Rosette rating to be considered for this role


As Executive Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Executive Chef on all sections. You would be involved in the menu planning as well as be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade. There would also be opportunities for progression due to future plans for further expansion of the group. An attractive salary package of £40,000 per annum for 6 shifts per week is available for the right Executive Sous Chef.
