EXECUTIVE HEAD CHEF – £75,000 – FINE DINING – CENTRAL LONDON

This exciting new establishment is seeking the talents of a creative and motivational Executive Head Chef to oversee its operation. This establishment will serve fresh French/Mediterranean/European cuisine with a strong focus on using sustainable, locally sourced produce. To be considered for this role, you must have experience as a senior chef within establishments for a least a 1 Michelin Star rating.

As Executive Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating the menus which will be seasonal, as well as daily specials. You will also be responsible for training and developing the kitchen brigade and reviewing their performance, maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and all the admin work for the kitchen. An excellent package of up to £75,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
