Chef De Partie – £25,000 to £26,000 – Stunning Beachside Hotel – Cheap Accommodation Available – Cornwall
This stunning beachside hotel, which has a very popular fine dining restaurant, is seeking an experienced and food focused Chef De Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fresh British/European cuisine and there is a strong focus on using only the best seasonal produce sourced from local farms and suppliers. You must have proven experience within establishments with at least a 2/3 AA Rosette rating to be considered for this role.
This is a rare opportunity to work closely with very talented, Michelin trained Executive Chef who will personally be overseeing your training and development.
As Chef De Partie, you will be running your own section as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses. A competitive salary of £25,000 to £26,000 per annum is available for the right Chef De Partie.
