Sous Chef – £36,000 – Stunning Fine Dining Restaurant – 4 Days Per Week – Central London
This stunning fine dining restaurant is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fine British/European cuisine to the highest standards with a strong focus on using only fresh, seasonal produce, all of which is locally sourced.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience within establishments of at least a 1 Michelin Star/3 AA Rosette rating.
This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a very highly acclaimed Executive Chef from a strong Michelin background.
As Sous Chef, you will be working on all sections and be responsible for supervising the junior chefs. You will need good communications skills and you must be able to motivate your teammates. You would also be learning all aspects of running a business which includes the admin side and paperwork. A competitive salary of £36,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
